A fifty two year old man presented with obstructive urinary symptoms despite tamsulocin medication and recurrent UTI.he had history of trauma to prineum 20 years ago . Rectal exam was normal other than 30 gr normal consistancy prostate .
He was managed by internal urethrotomy . The retrograde urethrogram depicts 3 separate stenosises and interestingly shows dilated bulbourethral glands proximal to stenosis which may act as a source of bacterial persistance
