49 years old woman with left fglank pain from 2 mounse ego came to sina hospital . She had no history of infection and no history of surgery or ESWL.      4/9/2022 1

IN her lab test she had normal Cr and microscopic hematuria. In her CT scan image that you see below there was 2 stone in left kidney:

 

                                                                                                                                     

 

 

 

She admitted in Dr aghamir service sina hospital and PCNL was done by Dr aghamir and his assistants and she discharged 3 dayes later and you see her postoperation radiograph in dis picture:
