.A 48 year old man with long lasting complaint of left flanc pain without macroscopic hematuria or LUTSwas referred for nephrectomy to outpatient clinic.

There was mild hydrouerteronephrose in left  atrophic kidney.

Microhematuria was found in Urine analysis  and serum Cr was 1.56 mg/dl

semirigid ureteroscopy was performed by Dr Roshan and Elmi under Dr Aghamir's supervision .

 stricture in left distal ureter was identified and after dilatation ,

successful lithotripsy and jj stenting was carried out .
